Prices: All prices are F.O.B. our nursery and are subject to change without notice

Terms: Cash, check, or credit card, unless prior credit arrangements have been made before shipment. Net 30 days for established accounts. Overdue accounts are subject to 1.75% per month service charge, plus cost of collection, if any.

Caution: We accept all orders subject to crop conditions and on conditions that same shall be void should injury befall our stock from hail, fire, frost, error in count, or other causes beyond our control. All orders are accepted without liability for non-performance if labor shortage or delay in transportation should prevent us from making delivery.

Reserve Orders: A 25% deposit will be required on all orders to be held over four weeks. Orders held over four weeks without deposit may be sold without notice.

Claims: Plants shipped via conventional carrier are properly selected and packed at the time of shipment. Therefore, our responsibility for loss due to damage in transit ends when the carrier accepts shipment. In the event of such damage, file your claim with the delivering carrier. In the event of claim plants delivered via Southern Growers truck, notice of claim together with particulars must be reported to Southern Growers office in Montgomery, Alabama, within 24 hours after delivery.

Packing: When boxes and packing materials are required in packing an order for shipment, the packing material used will be billed at extra cost.

Welcome: You are cordially invited to visit Southern Growers greenhouse and container nursery operations anytime during normal working hours. During other than normal hours we will be happy to make an appointment. We are located between Montgomery and Wetumpka on Hwy 231 N.

Business Hours: Our normal business hours are 7:30am to 4:30pm Monday - Friday and until noon on Saturday. Saturdays only during Spring and Fall.

Minimum Orders: Southern Growers has one of the lowest minimum requirements in the industry. Minimums are based on delivery location. Minimum order for pick up is $100. For minimums  click here
